Basics of pool.

There are two kinds of billiards that people play more oftenly, they are the 8-ball pool and 9-ball pool. The 8-ball pool is the most common type of pool where players choose to hit either the Stripes or Solids. The 9-ball pool is the type of pool where players hit the balls in the numerical order, hitting the lowest numbered ball on the table first, and whoever scores the 9-ball wins.
Here's the right way to arrange the balls for 8-ball pool.

And here's the right way to arrange the balls for 9-ball pool.

The 1-ball is placed at the spot and the centre, the 9-ball. The rest of the numbered balls can be placed randomly among the triangle.

Theres more uncommon types of billiards :
- 10-ball pool
- Guard
- Carom
- Straight pool
- Doubles
- Scotch doubles
and more ;)

  1. It sounds interesting. I find myself looking forward to the next post on other aspects of pool playing.

It would be even better if you could give some personal opinions and/or share some personal stories on pool playing besides the technical tips. As you share your personal ideas, you can also comment on what other bloggers or other web pages say about pool playing. Just remember to include a link to the blog site or web page you comment on.

Also, acknowledge where you get the images from.
